They Sleep They Dream

They Sleep They Dream is a five piece rock band out of Rochester, NY whose songs take place in the realm between real and fantasy. With transient music and euphoric lyrics, the band brings warm melodies and non-stop energy through your speakers and into your town.

In the spring of 2005 They Sleep They Dream formed and completed it's current line up by the fall. In October, the band slaved day and with the intent of creating something refreshing and that had meaning and life. Their goal: to please the heart and soul that lives within every music lover and open new doors and windows in the thought process.

By the end of October, 2005, the band finished recording their debut full length at Watchmen Studios with engineer/producer Doug White (Roses are Red, Everytime I Die, Gym Class Heros). The end result: "Life In Every Breath": ten new tracks that collectively tell a story of a young man who gets whisked away one night while sleeping. The young man embarks on an expedition throughout the cosmos and forms a close bond with a spirit. Although they have a completely platonic relationship, there is strong tension felt between the two. In the end, the young man re-enters his body and wakes up refreshed with a genuine outlook and love for life. 'Life In Every Breath" takes the listener full circle through a range of emotions and leaves them wondering what's going to happen next.

Don't fret, the story will continue as the band works on new material and pushes hard to expand it's boarders and reach new fans. Look for the troupe to hit your town in January, 2006 when they kick off their new year tour.
