Bio

Nic Kelly - Nic Kelly was born Nicholas Schlichting in Mundelein, Illinois on May 16, 1989. He has been playing bass guitar for 8 years. He has played in bands ranging from classic rock, acoustic, pop, punk, and metal. Some of Nic's influences range from Pink Floyd, blink-182, Bob Dylan, John Meyer, and Nirvana. Nic, being a multi-instrumentalist, also plays guitar and the harmonica. He is the singer and bassist in the band They Were Saints. His current gear consists of a Fender American Standard P-Bass through an Ampeg SVT350 amp head into an Orange OBC410 and Orange OBC115 bass cabinets. He also uses Ernie Ball Strings, Shure and Audix instrument microphones, and Shure vocal microphones, and Monster Instrument Cables.

Casey Ryan - Casey Ryan was born Casey Ryan Coughlin in Manhasset, Long Island, New York on April 26, 1987. He has been playing guitar for 8 years. He has been in a number of punk bands since he has started playing guitar. Some of Casey's diverse influences include The Who, Kanye West, Chuck Berry, Nonpoint, and Sum 41. Casey, being a multi-instrumentalist, also plays bass guitar, piano, violin, and drums. He is the guitarist in the band They Were Saints. His current gear consists of a Fender Black Dove Telecaster through a Mesa Boogie Triple Rectifier amp head into a custom black and white Mesa Boogie oversized Rectifier 4x12 straight cabinet and a Marshall JCM900 amp head into a Marshall 1960B 4x12 guitar cabinet. He also uses Ernie Ball Strings, Sennheiser and Audix instrument microphones, Shure vocal microphones, Monster Instrument Cables, and a Shure Wireless system.

Freddy Fastfeet - Freddy Fastfeet was born Frederick Blake Studwell in Louisville, Kentucky on November 27, 1986. Freddy has played in multiple bands ranging from techno to metal. Freddy, being a multi-instrumentalist also plays piano. He is the drummer in the band They Were Saints. His current gear consists of Pearl EXP drum kit with Zildjian and Paiste cymbals and Audix microphones.

They Were Saints is a 3 piece punk band originating in South Florida. They formed on January 5, 2011. They Were Saints is a band with stage presence and studio experience and capable of an hour and a half set. Their music ranges from fast, fun, and happy to heavier punk while retaining more melody than most. They also utilize a range of acoustic songs for venues that don't allow louder music.
