Think Tank was created in the midst of a bitterly cold Winnipeg winter in a downtown apartment. Their sound is highly experimental and original. Melody is their heart. Rhythm is their bones. Music is their blood. Think Tank is influenced by a list of many bands spanning a number of generations including the Dandy Warhols, The Brian Jonestown Massacre and The Doors. They have only been playing together a few months but have been highly successful. Making it to the Semi-Finals in the Pyramid Cabarets search for Ra-NRG was a high point in their career. Think Tank believes in the punk moto of D.I.Y. recently renting a mixing board and creating their demos.
