This City Speaks

Working from the bottom up singer/songwriter Jeordan Hill began carving out material for his new project This City Speaks in early 2009. After making the move from Buffalo, NY, to Phoenix, AZ, Jeordan Hill began pre-production and creating demo tracks for his upcoming EP to be released later in 2010. These tracks ended up being an entirely new animal than anything produced by the kid from the queen city. This City Speaks is an infusion of ambient techno, hardcore, and whatever else can be heaped into the musical "garbage plate", to be so eloquent. This City Speaks focus is mainly on how much of an edge can be brought to the table. This City Speaks takes its songs in different directions and is trying break ground by mixing a myriad of genres and styles with the final outcome being something new and refreshing. The belief of this band is that good music, artists, or bands shouldn't have to conform to one musical label or another. Music is a passion we all share no matter what kind it is. There are going to be new and big things for this band in the coming year!
