Bio

Thru The Walls was born in the winter of 2005. Started by founding members, Pete, Bo and Mark, after their former band DCM dissolved the night before they were supposed to head into the studio. As they started looking for a new talented vocalist they arrived to their rehearsal room to find a Dear John letter from there former drummer up on the dry erase board. Now with Two members down, the founding members were not discouraged by this, it only fueled there determination and drive to succeed. After a few weeks of putting adds on websites and word of mouth, the first piece of the puzzle walked into the jam room. Dave Blakney from Epping NH. After two practices with Dave, the founding members decided that he was the man for the job with his supreme skills. Now it was time for a new vocalist. The band knew that they needed someone very dynamic with abilities to sing but also scream with the best of them. After two canidate's came and gone through the practice space, and six months of writing and rehearsing, the band finally got a call from Randy Wilson of Dover NH. Randy came to the first practice and blew away the other members of the band. After two practices with Randy, the members, Pete, Bo, Mark and Dave, decided it was time to complete the circle. Since August of 2005 Thru The Walls has been a solid band and has played dozens of shows. There music is Aggressive, Melodic and always musical. With Influences ranging from Slayer, In Flames, Soilwork, Trivium, Killswitch Engage, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Pantera, Dream Theatre, and everything in between. Thru The Walls is a band that has no limits. They can go from a hardcore breakdown to a jazz influenced chorus. They are determined and focused on success and hardwork. Look for the band playing out at a venue near you.
