In terms of their sound, there really isn't an easy way to describe it - it's one of those deals that has to be experienced. I can tell you that its as upbeat and dancy as anything going today, a bubbly champagne jolt cola concoction of doo-wop girl group meets Stereolab at the best party you've ever been to. AND the fact that it was their debut performance, that was the most impressive thing of all - if I hadn't have known, I wouldn't have been looking for such things, but they should no signs of being green, and showed remarkable poise in barely breaking a sweat in getting the packed back room of Pianos all hot and bothered.

Moby recorded the first demos, but we don't have an ep or LP--the band first formed in late 2003.

Bio
All members have worked in the music industry or have played in bands, so there's a great appreciation of music all around, a lot of enthusiasm. Members include Harold Griffin of The Hong Kong.
What Tight Fit is doing is making people dance, sing, act crazy, get drunk and have a blast, with is a rare thing in the NY Rock-N-Roll scene.
