The band was formed in spring 2006 by four musicians (Manlio Milazzi, Gianpiero de Candia, Massimiliano Scherbi, Andrea D’Ostuni) coming from different segments of Trieste’s music scene.
Blues is the fundamental matrix of the band, inspired by the white American blues scene of the Sixties to create a unique sound in which blues, soul and jazz blend to generate the groove that distinguishes them.
In 2007 the band records “Call it like the band”: EP of original material produced together with “The King of Northern soul” Lorenzo Fragiacomo (Occhio spia, Butterfly Collectors).
During the same year, the group starts gigging in Italy and in the nearby Slovenia.
In summer 2008, the band wins the Italian selection for the International Blues Challenge, part of Parma’s Rootsway Food & Blues festival, earning the opportunity to represent Italy at the 2009 IBC in Memphis, Tennessee.
Since 2008 Manlio is a Seydel endorser and plays on Seydel 1847 harmonicas
