Bio
Tim Corcoran grew up in Chicago in the late fifties and early sixties. There he played the same clubs, street corners and living rooms as Bob Dylan, Joan Baez, and Jim McGuinn, who later became Roger McGuinn, founder of The Byrds. Tim studied at the Old Town School of Folk Music under founder Frank Hamilton (http://tinyurl.com/aao4wvs), and he performed regularly at the Gate of Horn (http://tinyurl.com/y9kvn2l). In 1964, Tim released his first album The Lowlanders, with the trio he founded while in high school.
