Bio
Singer/Songwriter Tim De Graauw picked up his first guitar at the age of 11 and started writing songs almost immediately!
Born in Johannesburg to Dutch and South African parents, he is currently studying at Berklee College of Music in Boston, where he has played for many different artists and bands. Originally having been influenced by the blues, Tim grew up listening to Songwriters such as Dave Matthews, Jason Mraz, Gavin deGraw, and Eric Clapton.
With his blues guitar style and soulful sound Tim has developed his own unique way of songwriting
In 2012 Tim recorded his EP ‘Danger to Myself’ in LA with producer Aron Friedman and well known songwriter Pam Sheyne.
Now working on his debut album in London and New York and due for release later 2013
he is almost ready to force himself on the World! The album will consist of both Tim’s original material and co-writes. and he has been road testing the songs in LA, Boston, NY and London.
