Time Has Come

Written By: T.Tibbitts

Time Has Come

I’m wide awake up real late alone again
Familiar state my guitar’s my only friend
I’m seeing the same things I see every night at this time
And I can’t wait for my life to realign

I know well that you can tell
You’re all I ever wanted you’re all I need as well
I know well you can tell

I wish my life would start moving forward now
Cuts like a knife this feeling of standing around
All of the pieces have fallen in place for us here
I feel like I can stop living with this fear

The time has come for the waiting to end
The time has come for the journey to begin
The time has come for the past to disappear
The time has come it is here

You Got Me

Written By: T. Tibbitts

You Got Me

I'm numb, I'm unfeeling
I can't quite understand why you would treat me this way
I'm dumb but I'm dealing
with all of the pain that you throw at me from day to day

You gave me your love and then you took it back
and it felt like a knife had been shoved in my back
Why can't I understand all the things that I lack
that would make you love me

You take pain
What do you got?
You add anger
What do you got?
Include loneliness
What do you got?
You got me
You got me
You got me
You got me

I'm mad and I'm jaded
so many things I can offer you that he can't give
I'm sad that love faded
And now I'm just wondering why I continue to live
