"When Tim arrived at the studio it seemed like a reunion of sorts. I was around Chicago during the late 70's and through the foggy depths of my memory I am pretty sure I saw him perform back then.
Well, that was then and this is now and Tim brings truth and a bit of protest with him. Pay attention to his lyrics and if you get the chance definitely see him live. He is fresh and exciting and at the same time brings lessons learned from the past to educate today's activists.

Bio
The band breathes life into the cinematic lyrics of Tim Wais. A Jungle’ composition typically, is a full mix of poetry, passion and longing - with a heady stream of haunting alt-pop melodies. Musically we're Influenced by Roots Americana and blues, Latin American and West African sounds.
We've got male and female lead singers, acoustic/electro guitars (lap steel and fender lead), violin, bass and kit drums.
New to our mix, we've recently added Marcus David on drums. He spent 15 years in California playing & recording with the likes of Clover w/Huey Lewis, Albert King, Nick Gravenites and guitar legend John Cipollina. Returning to Chicago, he played gigs with Sunnyland Slim, Magic Slim, and was in the house band (Blue Watusis) at Buddy Guy’s Legends.
