Whether at a Nightclub, a Private Party/Function, or a Concert, Tina Kenny and the Balance is a one-of-a-kind experience; if you, your patrons, and your guests like fun, great music, and dancing the night away, we're the band for you!

Biography

Tina Kenny and the Balance is the NYC/NJ area's hottest young, high-energy, and professional band! Tina’s silky-smooth and soulful voice is sure to catch and hold any ear, while the rest of the band provides a solid, tight foundation to back it up. Our sound is fresh, fun, and polished, combining the slick professionalism and broad appeal of the big-name Club/Event/Wedding bands with the vivacious edge of an original band a decade or more younger. Our broad repertoire emphasizes today's top hits (think Carlie Rae Jepsen, Gotye, Neon Trees, and One Direction), but is diverse enough to please all ages and types (classic rock, 80s pop, R&B, and even our own original music... we do it all, and really well, too!)
?
?In addition to being accomplished professional instrumentalists, all four members of Tina Kenny and the Balance (or TK&B, for short?) are also great singers in their own right -- that's right, we have not one, but FOUR lead singers! We're no "weekend warriors", either: the members of TK&B are all full-time professional musicians (including two graduates of the prestigious Berklee College of Music) and frequently perform at public and private events and venues ranging from Weddings, Corporate Events, and Nightclubs to performances at Madison Square Garden, Carnegie Hall, and The Wells Fargo Center.
?
We realize that not every occasion calls for a high-energy dance band; that's why TK&B is also available as an acoustic duo featuring Tina and guitarist Russ on piano, guitar, and vocals. With a repertoire that spans everything from jazz standards to the latest Top 40 hits, our duo is perfect for anything from mellow dinner music to a raucous happy hour sing-along.
