Bio
Originally from South Florida, I was raised in quite a musical home. Dad brought the alternative rock to the table, while mom was always a sucker for a good pop tune. As I got older and started writing poetry, I really fell in love with the sound of an honest lyric layered onto a simple, yet moving melody. Soon after I moved to New York, I picked up the guitar and taught myself the basics in order to get the melodies and lyrics from my mind and from the page into an actual vessel, bringing my music to life by simply putting my life into my music. For the past few years, I've been circulating, what some call, a unique blend of folk and soul, around the New York City area, turning what I've learned in life and in love into something we can all sing along to.
