Tin Roof Rusted

Tin Roof Rusted

Tin Roof Rusted is a mix of rock and country, strong songwriting and passionate playing. Pulling influences from classic rock and country to folk and celtic we blend it all together in melodic songs that always tell a story.

Though primarily a Roots Rock/Alt.Country band, Tin Roof Rusted's influences are extremely varied.
From the classic rock of The Beatles, The Byrds and The Rolling Stones to more modern pop of Crowded House and Wilco.
These diverse tastes, strong musicianship and song writing help make TRR stand out from the crowd. It has also earned them steady gigs at Toronto's top clubs such as The Horseshoe Tavern, The Dakota Tavern and the Cadillac Lounge, a headline set at 2007's Come Together Music festival as well as opening slots for Folk Swing songwriter Dan Hicks and Australia's Mick Thomas (formerly of Weddings Parties Anything).
Tin Roof Rusted formed in 2004 after Reid's previous band Boss Grunions disbanded.
He quickly recruited Chris Bennett (The Magpies, Heather Morgan, Laura Repo) on guitar, Sean Ryan (Basic English, Trainwreck, Dick Ellis Revival) on Bass and Dino Naccaratto (Sinphonic, Trianwreck) on drums.
They have been going strong ever since.
