You were so diligent about helping me find that package and really went above and beyond to keep me updated. That demonstrated to me how you do business. I have to also keep in mind that I ordered these items last minute and that you were able to get them for me.
I have already passed your name around to other departments and clubs as a company to use who has unique products so hopefully that will give you more business. But as for me, you will be the first company I go to when I need something because you were so great to work with.
