Originally from Georgia, and a military brat now residing in the Bay Area.Tiffany R Dinkins aka Tip/Dip has been making a name for herself. Currently writing for other artists and making creative and ground breaking music for herself. Video Riding So High shot by one of the Bay Areas finest music video producers Brian Storm is making numbers. She also has a mix tape on Datpiff that is doing numbers entitled "This Is Me".
