"Director of The Training Source"

The concepts were easy to understand and apply to one's life.

Tip has the potential to become one of the area’s best young motivational speakers. He has a story to share with youth. He’s got heart.

"Rotaract Club President"

"Not only is Tip an excellent speaker, but has the passion and commitment to start up a non-profit from its grass roots and provide a yeomen service to the local community in Prince George's county.

His friendly demeanor and amiable attitude riled up a constructive discussion rather than just a dull lecture. I would strongly recommend Tip as a speaker. He provides the material he has to offer in a dynamic, fresh manner maintaining the integrity that is so easily apparent. Two thumbs up!"

A distinguished recent graduate from the School of Engineering at the University of Maryland, Tip is one of today’s most dynamic motivational speakers.

As an undergraduate, he loved finding ways to improve life for students. He was able to co-found and serve as president of a fraternity, co-chair a cultural student organization, take the role of a Resident Assistant, and become a Clark School Ambassador for the engineering school. He also joined Varsity Colors, Inc., a team of MBA students, in successfully launching a company in 2005.

The Office of Greek Life inducted Tip into the Kalegethos society - a cohort of twenty students selected to represent the Greek community based on their leadership on campus.

Due to his contributions to the University, Tip was selected to as a Senior Marshal to represent his graduating class.

Tip began his career in a Leadership Development Program at an international manufacturing firm where he created solutions for projects ranging from Human Resource management to Six Sigma process engineering.

Outside of work, he coached youth soccer, mentored teen males, and participated in community events. Through these activities, he realized that his passion lied in helping individuals and teams reach their potential.

With a desire to harness that passion and ability into a full-time vocation, he created a vision in how he could help make the world a better place, which materialized into the nonprofit I Got Heart, and motivational speaking through Speaking for Change.
