Tiquettes

Tiquettes is an artistic experience . This young and ambitious quartet takes its musical eclecticism from the Swedish, Greek, Belgian, Luxembourgish, Finnish, French and American blood that flows through its veins. The band have started building up some notoriety for their eclectic live performances: they have warmed up for Stereophonics and Vampire Weekend in Luxembourg, have played in Quentin Tarantino’s favorite club in Berlin and have shared a festival bill with Ben Harper, amongst others. They are animated by the love of every blue note, of fuzz, of these Latin rythms, of the beautiful little details, and are passioned by sound, by heat, by the magic of emotion, by the sun, by landscapes, and by the poetry of mistery. Having played almost every big venue in the country of their childhoods, Luxembourg, they decided it was about time to move out to a bigger and more challenging city: London. They are currently doing music night and day, on top of their other artistic projects and studies, wether it be intensive song-writing for their upcoming debut EP or playing shows at The Notting Hill Arts Club, Punk or even The Roundhouse.
