Bio

Rising from the Dancehall farm in Kingston, Jamaica, Tirhone refreshed the Reggae scene in spring of '08 with his hit single "Caribbean Bro". This new single unites Tyrone Davis's insightful flow, smooth accent and crisp vocal with mellifluous Reggae basslines and resounding drums, giving a preview of the album full of club-bangin, finger snapping, foot tapping and bootie shaking tracks. His musical abilities spreads beyond the genre of reggae as you can hear in his song titled "I Cried". However, Reggae is his primary genre.

Tirhone is not only a performer. He also arranges, mix and produces his own music. Inspired by the suave of Sean Paul and the "expressiveness" Beenie Man, he has forged his own indentity and style that can't be mistaken; fused with the swing and vibe of House music. With a undeniable hit track like "Caribbean Bro," look for Tirhone to be a major leader in the Reggae genre for years to come.

During the last week of June '08, Tirhone decided to make his album on this is self-titled, and that presents not only his style of music, but his character as a whole. The album will be titled {TIRHONE}. To complement the title is a 3223 degrees fahrenheit, melting point of platinum, song titled, you guessed it "Tirhone". If you ever get the chance to meet him, you'll see how humble and direct he is. Seeing that the album is self-titled, Tirhone saw it best to give the fans a little "about me the real me".

"My goal is not to copy everyone's style, but to create my own". He doesn't think its risky because "it's time for a change" he said. Listeners and fans have been given substandard material in many genres of music, and have had no choice but, to accept it. "The musical revolution is coming. I mean, you can see it in the talent that exists on shows like American Idol. Many artists do well in the studio, but fall flat on stage; vocally and at the level of entertainment that they provide. On a record you have to have an excellent vocal. So in person, that artist should be able to entertain the fans".

"I wont accept any vocal take I do unless I know it's where it should be and I feel moved by it. The vocal you hear on my songs will be extremely close to way I'll sound live. Look out for the album and stay in touch".
