they are an engaging lot. Their introspective lyrics and solid musicianship are a breath of fresh air in any smoky club.
This Midwestern outfit have peeked the interest of bands like The National-NYC, The Tarbox Ramblers and continues
to draw a strong following to well received shows in the Midwestern Region.

From their hometown of Cold Spring, Kentucky, T-Lips and Combs formed in 2003. As young as they are, the band
members have already collaborated with John Curley (Afghan Whigs),, Brian Lovely(Pay the Girl), Toby Ellis (Tremolux)
Their influences range from Tom Waits to Bob Dylan, Wilco to Kings of Leon, Velvet Underground to the Stones.

T-Lips and Combs received acclaim for their showcase at MidPoint Music Festival 2003 “T-Lips and Comb absolutely killed!,”
commented 3rd Silo Records . The band is currently working on their debut CD. A rough track of the song "Sure Shot" was
featured on a documentary for Stand Ohio (Stand Up Speak Out.). The full length CD is due out in fall 2004.
