Taylor Louis & The Lifeguards

's sound is made up of hours of straight jam sessions; its a unique hip-hop, blues, funk-rock sound with catchy riffs and melodies. With it being a six piece band that they are, L2 delivers a wall of sound that hits the listener with wonderful jammin' slammin' tunes that they'll fall in love with. The groups biggest influences are artists such as John Legend, The Roots, John Mayer, Rage Against the Machine, and Incubus. L2's six members are:

Taylor Louis - The frontman of the group. He produces the band and writes most of the band's material. He's a multi-talented young man who plays a wide variety of instruments; guitar, bass, drums, and keys. He's a Freshman at Texas State University. He enjoys writing and producing new songs in his free time.

Mac Jennings - The heart and soul of the group. He is the bass player and co-writes many of the songs with Taylor. His bass technique is a raw funk tone, perfect for great big jam sessions that the group has.

Brian Linsdey - The rhythm of the group. Brian is an extremely talented drummer who competes and marches nationally. He is currently the newest edition of the band.
