Yungsta Entertainment is currently working the latest single "Burn It Down" from their premiere artist, T-Lyriq. Already receiving spins at various college and online radio stations, Yungsta Ent. is preparing for a full radio promotion campaign beginning toward the end of April. A well organized group with internal production, management, and promotions departments, the company is continually reinvesting profits from sales and shows back into the company. Already $5K into the project the goal is to establish a strong buzz beyond the Carolinas and secure a production deal while keeping within the $20-$25K budget they've set for themselves. Hailing from the stix of the south. NC native T-LYRIQ also known as TL (The Legend) is the hottest flame burning in the south . Born (Torrey Farrar) to the trailer parks and dirt roads of North Carolina where drug dealing and gun play is customary. LYRIQ started out in the streets hustling, skipping school, and getting into altercations. Not knowing where his life was heading, the death of a close friend inspired LYRIQ to write a poem to express his thoughts. Quickly finding out he was a wordsmith LYRIQ started battling lyricist from his hood, where he started making a name for his self. Testing his talent in school TL would attract crowds of students in the hallways and cafeterias , with someone beat boxing and him freestyling. By his senior year in high school he sought out management with Yungsta Entertainment and production with Perfect Blend Recordings. While continuing to hustle in the streets to keep some money in his pockets, some of the OGs in
his hood encouraged TL to put his hustling days behind him. They told him to devote all of his time to his music and to make a name for his hood. TL dedicates his career to his neighborhood which he says made him the man he is today. He also dedicates his career to his mother, who would start suffering from heart attacks and strokes. By 2000, she would undergo a heart transplant which was successful. By mid year 2004 Yungsta Entertainment emerged into a Production Company. T-LYRIQ was the first to sign with the soon to be powerhouse company. While continuing to hit the studio, LYRIQ was building up an untamable buzz that made him the talk of several towns. With people wanting to hear more from the critically acclaimed Souths Charm. Yungsta Entertainment Released LYRIQs highly anticipated debut EP entitled Southern Charm. With his hit single Burn It Down getting a lot of attention, he is quickly being placed as one of the top contenders in the south with
a highly anticipated album on the way. With T-LYRIQs controversial lyrics, natural swag, and catchy voice its time for him to make his mark in the mainstream spotlight and set the industry on fire.
