Juice & Walk Dat Walk

T-Mac grew up on his own since the age of 14 in the streets of Charleston, SC. At the early age of 16 he was a successful business man making six figures as a proprietor of a body shop as well as a mechanic shop.
T-Mac enjoyed many successes at an early age but also suffered though many personal tragedies. T-Mac was shot 8 times in his chest in 1992, but even an attempt on his life couldn’t stop him. T-Mac credits Pooh, his brother from another mother for teaching him “The Game of Life”. Unfortunately, in 1997 Pooh was killed in a car accident and on top of that disaster T-Mac’s mother, Karen McNeil was fatally shot one year later in 1998. Four months after the heartbreaking death of his mother T-Mac was indicted by the Feds and sentenced to six years.
While doing fed time, T-Mac was the first artist that Lyle Cohen of Def Jam Records was interested in signing to Def Jam South. Due to T-Mac’s incarceration the deal fell through. However, T-Mac’s Shyin and Big Tymin Album sold more than 186,000 copies. As a result of Southwest Wholesale Distributors bankruptcy, T-Mac didn’t receive much of his monetary entitlements.
Throughout these many misfortunes most people would have given into defeat, but not T-Mac! He used his incarceration to heal his heart and mind. He also received a college degree in business management always believing that God had a special plan for him.
T-Mac strongly believes in himself, “I am T-Mac who walks it like I talk it and plays it, like I say it!” He has matured mentally and physically which powerfully comes across in his music. T-Mac is back on the streets and ready to be heard, his next album Back On Da Streets will be released November 2009. “My music and business skills have evolved, so I can talk more shit now. I’m about to flip the music industry front to back business wise.”
T-Mac is truly a rider with a will of steel. He has proven that with determination and perseverance you can thrive in the face of catastrophe. Hang on world, T-Mac is about to blow up!
