Toby Kane was playing Johnny Cash's "Ring of Fire" on a toy plastic guitar while still in diapers.Several years and guitars later, he still enjoys writing and performing music drawn from his experiences around the world. Whether as a roadie grunt on European tour; a solo performer in the Arizona hangouts of his musical heroes; having the opportunity to open for Daughtry and David Cook; playing pool with Butch Walker; or having coffee with the unbelievable Stephen Ashbrook; Kane continues to obsess about acoustic music....and seek the next great song idea.
Kane plays a percussive and strummy acoustic guitar, mixed with a rapid and clever delivery of lyrics in the style of Jason Mraz, Barenaked Ladies, Bob Dylan and Bright Eyes.
