Biography

Todd Vaughan aka "The Lil' Soul Man" is a vocalist & songwriter from Raleigh, NC with a smooth, soulful voice larger than the small frame he possesses. Inspired by soul & jazz vocalists like Sam Cooke, Harry Connick, Jr, & Maxwell, Todd Vaughan strives to keep heartfelt vocal deliveries at the forefront of his music. He began his musical journey during his late teens performing at open mics within the Raleigh/Durham area as part of the duo AV. Eventually, Todd began pursuing a solo career, continuing to perform at open mics & also karaoke contests around his hometown. He later joined a funk band as a back-up vocalist & had the chance to share the stage with legendary saxophonist Maceo Parker.

After relocating to Atlanta, GA at the end of 2005, Todd has scored gigs performing in stage productions for Six Flags Over Georgia & Royal Caribben Cruise Line. Currently, he is working on his debut solo EP. His EP will showcase a soulful mix of R&B flavored dance tunes & soul-stirring ballads sure to appeal to all.
