A Florida native, Orlando's Tod Kimbro has been mesmerizing audiences for years with his powerful singing voice and passionate piano-playing. As a songwriter, he has always been drawn to classic, anthemic rock 'n roll and to the larger-than-life personalities who performed it. When experiencing Tod's lush, dynamic music, the listener can hear shades of Elton and Elvis...Prince and Queen...Bowie and the Beatles. Yet his sound is completely his own. Tod has never shyed away from melody, or from good old fashioned theatricality. It's in his blood--he's also a playwright, actor, and director.
