Tom Dice

Tom Dice was born in Eeklo on November 25, 1989. As a young eight year old, he discovered his love for music in the music academy where he chose the guitar as his main instrument.

Tom revealed himself as a singer-songwriter 'pur sang'. His influences range from Gavin DeGraw, Taylor Swift, Tyler Hilton, Damien Rice, to ... The Kooks, Muse (Bellamy specific), Placebo, System Of A Down, ...

With his first Single Bleeding Love, he climbed the charts for 12 weeks, peaking at the seventh position – a great result, but nothing compared to what followed.

In November 2009 he was selected as the Belgian entry for the Eurovision Song Contest. In Oslo, he won the semi-finals and finished sixth, with his very touching song "Me And My Guitar,". It took Belgium 6 years to qualify for the semifinals and it is the highest position ever achieved for Flanders at the Eurovision Song Contest. "Me And My Guitar” achieved official gold status.

His new single 'Lucy' is now available and already receiving a lot of airplay and a warm welcome by the general public .

Meanwhile, it is not only the Netherlands & Germany who gives him full support, also Poland, Greece, Spain, South Africa and France are ready to make Tom Dice an international star. His first tour in Germany(incl. Cologne, Hamburg & Berlin) has now been successfully completed. Late September there is the tour in the Netherlands and in November a second tour in Germany.

His album Teardrops, for which Tom wrote 12 of the 13 songs himself, is no less than a success. Since he also co-produced the album with Erhan Kurkun, it is another proof of the bright musical future Tom awaits. One thing is certain, this guy is born for a stage and he’s proving it time and time again.
