Tommy McCoy is an International blues recording artist with top 10 hit songs on the official Roots/blues charts (The King Is Gone). Being on a major blues label, Tommy has entertained the world over with his 9 international CD releases and extensive world-wide touring. Tommy's years of performing at festivals, clubs and concerts across Europe and the US, has honed his on stage skills, after years of blues dedication. Known as an innovative guitarist and top shelf songwriter, McCoy's discography speaks for itself. Guests on Tommy's recordings include: Levon Helm and Garth Hudson, Chris Layton and Tommy Shannon, Lucky Peterson, Commander Cody, Gregg Allman Band, Tony Coleman(BB King band) and now including the West Coast blues luminaries found on new release "Coast to Coast Jump". Recorded in 2017 in San Jose at GREASELAND Studio, with Kid Andersen, Rick Estrin, Mitch Woods, Jimmy Pugh and some of West coast's top blues players today. The focus of this CD is West coast Swing and Jump style blues.
