Tommy Hogan is an American roots artist. Originally born in the south west. At an early age, Tommy was surrounded and consumed by music of all types, but particularly blues, country and rock. After receiving his first bass guitar at the age of 2 and reciting Aerosmiths' version of "Come Together", word for word, and belting out Howlin Wolf classic songs, all while playing on his guitar. At a time when pop music and grunge was all the rave, Tommy was diving deep into the blues and soul music. Compelled to the sounds of the original masters and classics, he was soon covering many of the classic greats, note for note on his guitar. It was easy for many to see and who have made many statements regarding the fact that Tommy Hogan, was and is destined to be a top performing musician in the music industry. When Tommy Hogan, started performing he hit the music scene with a fury. Establishing himself in many top bands early in his career, he has stepped forward as a prolific song writer and talented guitar player and vocalist. Tommy Hogan, who fronts his northwest band, The Tommy Hogan Band, has performed at many of the top festivals, venues and events in the regionally and nationally. Tommy Hogan has accomplished a grand body of work and in the last 2 years alone, he has an award winning CD, "Let It Rain", nomination for the prestigious, Muddy Award, and many top ranking accolades by industry leaders and developing a strong geographic supporting fan base.
