Tommy Rutland

 Tommy Rutland, hailing from Adelaide, South Australia is a multi-instrumentalist, singer songwriter

and producer/engineer who has spent the last ten years playing and touring in bands.

Prior to his most recent solo venture, he was the front man for Dangerous!

After signing a worldwide record deal with Epitaph records, the garage rock post hardcore band set off

touring the globe and playing some of the biggest music festivals in the world including Sonisphere and

Prior to breaking the international barrier, Rutland was touring Australia in his band Wendy Icon.

The self confessed isolated music nerd, spent his teens producing and recording,

experimenting with sound whilst paying homage to the artists that inspired him.

Rutland blends styles of Metal, Rock, Pop and Electronica into a scape of sound inspired by Pantera,

Prince and Bjork!

Music designed to ignite thought and animate the youth in everyone Rutland has always held a vision

for big sounds on big stages.

Now with road worn maturity, a new found sense or artistic integrity and a vision for the endless

opportunities of the music industry,

Rutland returns to his production roots to explore the world that introduced him to his love for music.

The brainchild of his latest solo venture comes in the form of his debut EP 'Six Months To Live' where

he is writing and releasing a song every month for six months and publishing it on his website

Working out of his home studio, Rutland has been surprising his audiences with his very instantaneous

way of creating and releasing music in a D.I.Y. independent new age style surpassing any defined genre.
