Tom Oliver

Tom can best be described as a literate storyteller for whom writing a song is a joyous craft and not simply an occupation. He is that rare kind of artist who can observe and comment with a painter’s eye and a filmmaker’s vision.

Tom grew up living between the USA and Germany and has since been fortunate to have lived in many different countries absorbing and enjoying their diverse cultures.

From his earliest childhood all the strands of his life have been connected through music. Showing exceptional artistic talent from an early age, he knew that his deep and fervent love of music was going to be his driving passion. He was lucky to receive fantastic formal training in piano and voice from an early age. This has supplied him with the skills and knowledge to have resulted in his unique melodic vocal style and almost 3-octave range. It also laid the framework for his exceptional musical ability on piano/keyboards and cornet.

As well as singing and playing, Tom has been writing his own poems and songs since he was a teenager and has just completed a sensational recording session of new material with his own hand-selected band.

Well known for his intimate and outstanding live performances, Tom mesmerises his audience with the magic of his voice and the energy of his emotions. It is easy to understand how Tom has already performed fro many of the world’s ‘A’ list celebrities in venues from Rio to Monaco and from Ibiza to Sydney with many auspicious stops in-between.
