Tom Rorem presents his music with an approach that gives hints of influence from blues and jazz to modern and contemporary artists. His quirky and awkward stage presence provides an opportunity to not simply watch Tom as an observer but brings you on to his level opening the door to the world he sees with his eyes. His music ranges from song to song lyrically covering a wide range of the human experience from death, life, pain, anguish, God, as well as a harsh introspection in to his own personal spirituality and soul. His first release called Drink Your Wine is solid work of five songs with rough edges on the side. The songs feature a full band sound that includes the piano through out with countermelodies and riveting solo's that have the ability to brings chills down the spine of anyone who listens.
Tom is a performer who is filled with passion for simply playing music for anyone who will hear. Anyone who sees Tom play will be brought into a world of passionate music portraying the world in which he experiences.
