Tom Sauk

Tom Sauk was born in fall of 2011. Cody Mitchell gathered talented friends Jeremy Morton, Trent Dickerson, and Blake Fields to enlarge Oberst-Simon-esque traveling songs. The group eventually formed a tightly woven voice distinct from many other rising Midwestern acts. Sincere lyrics met deftly arranged bass, lead guitar, and percussion sections to create an impressive and inviting experience.

Developing their songs and sound, the group has traveled the midwest thoroughly (including Tulsa, Kansas City, St. Louis, Columbia, Nashville), recorded many short demos, and are planning to release their first full length production in early Spring 2014. 

In the last year, Tom Sauk has shared the stage with phenomenal acts including: Frontier Ruckus, Lovedrug, An Horse, Water Liars, Peter Wolf Crier, Milagres, Dubb Nubb, Golden Curls, Katlyn Conroy (of Cowboy Indian Bear), Mary and The Giant, as well as many others.
