Tone Brim

Tone Brim is an American hip hop artist , hailing from New York City . Clearly a talented artist , he began writing rhymes at the young age of 11 . He cites his main influences as the hiphop artists he spent listening to as a child. He honed his skills as a rapper by entering rap battles, claiming his first victory on his very first attempt.

While serving a lengthy prison sentence in Attica , N.Y , he would sit up at night sharpening his skills which lead to the creation of Sierra Leone (The Appetizer) . Upon his release from prison , he went on to record and  release (The Appetizer) which was met by rave reviews .

After a couple of years making mistakes and learning the business, Tone Brim began to seriously concentrate his efforts on his music career. He launched his own label and released Walk Wit Me .The buzz around this new talented  rapper started to build and influential music industry insiders including Sway Calloway , DJ Clark Kent  and Dj Absolute Of the Heavy Hitters were sitting up and taking notice.

After appearing on Sway and the morning show and the Lord Sear special , he went on his own independent promo tour . Sierra Leone proved to be a compelling piece of work . Unfortunately due to a parole violation , he was sidelined for much of 2018 . Sierra Leone (The Appetizer) is nearing the 300,000 unit mark independently . 

Tone Brim has continued to grow as an artist and he has been working with producers including Joe White and KayGW. He is still signed to Bugatti Life Entertainment and has quietly positioned his brand and his music to propel in “2019” . With the release of his highly anticipated Sierra Leone Vol.2 (The Entree) approaching , “2019” is sure to be a big year in hip hop .
