R&B SINGING SENSATION, TONY' JONES SET TO RELEASE HIS LONG AWAITED CD AT THE HISTORICAL FELTON CLUB IN PHILADELPHIA

Philadelphia, PA – February 25, 2008 – Up and coming R&B artist, Tony' Jones will be releasing his first album at the Philadelphia Felton Supper Club A Black Carpet affair. The event, being held Saturday, March 29th brings together comedians – Charles Walden – DEF Comedy All Star - BET’S Comic View, Radio Personalities OC 104/Comedians – “Crookidd,” “Chef Blake,” “Sweet Alfie” – Last Comic Standings and special appearances by characters from the HBO original series The Wire for an evening of laughter, music, dancing and togetherness.

Mr. Jones, who’s new CD “My Thoughts” on the Infinity World Wide Music label releases March 29, 2008 has recently moved to Philadelphia and is quickly being recognized as one of the top emerging artists in the region. His first demo, “First Impression” was met with acclaim from listeners and visitors to his my space page (www.myspace.com/tonyjonesmusik). Thousands of consumers have visited Tony’s site, listened to and downloaded his music and now they have the chance to see him perform live at his CD Release Party and Comedy Show.

Biography

Tony' Jones was born in Panama, grew up in Maryland and until recently resided in Harrisburg, PA. A new resident of Philadelphia, he now plans to call the “City of Brotherly Love” his home. His music reflects the various experiences of his life from the Gospel of his childhood, to Latin rhythms from Panama to the R&B stylings of Luther Vandross, Diana Ross, Eric Benet, Tupac and Marvin Gaye which he listened to throughout his life - but the music he creates is all his own. Add in the U.S. influence of Old School and Hip Hop and Tony’s original sound was born. From the swaying melodies of Take It From Here,” to the heartfelt harmonies of No More Lonely Nights Tony' touches hearts and souls. The upcoming CD expands further Tony’s range of emotions and musical styles and is sure to be met with rave reviews.

Tony' Jones got his start in music by singing in school at the young age of five years old. He took a fellowship workshop with Denise Tisher and his passion for music began to grow. Tony' wrote his first song when he was only ten years old. Sixteen years later, Tony' looks to his Panama roots as he envisions taking his music to another level.

Tony' is 26 years old, single and is committed to being true to his music. His demo First Impressions which he promoted through his My Space page (www.myspace.com/tonyjonesmusik) generated thousands of fans throughout the U.S. and his first album, My Thoughts on the Infinity World Wide Music label is due to be released March 2008. Tony believes he is creating a “new sound for a new time” and his diversity of styles proves the uniqueness of this emerging artist.
