Tony' Jones
Biography
Tony' Jones was born in Panama, grew up in Maryland and until recently resided in Harrisburg, PA. A new resident of Philadelphia, he now plans to call the City of Brotherly Love his home. His music reflects the various experiences of his life from the Gospel of his childhood, to Latin rhythms from Panama to the R&B stylings of Luther Vandross, Diana Ross, Eric Benet, Tupac and Marvin Gaye which he listened to throughout his life - but the music he creates is all his own. Add in the U.S. influence of Old School and Hip Hop and Tonys original sound was born. From the swaying melodies of Take It From Here, to the heartfelt harmonies of No More Lonely Nights Tony' touches hearts and souls. The upcoming CD expands further Tonys range of emotions and musical styles and is sure to be met with rave reviews.
Tony' Jones got his start in music by singing in school at the young age of five years old. He took a fellowship workshop with Denise Tisher and his passion for music began to grow. Tony' wrote his first song when he was only ten years old. Sixteen years later, Tony' looks to his Panama roots as he envisions taking his music to another level.
Tony' is 26 years old, single and is committed to being true to his music.
