VIDEO STORE EP

About the EP

This intense eight track offering from Thrones of Roll is exactly what their live audiences have been waiting for. Recorded at Blueroom Studios with seasoned producer Pete Pratt the no-nonsense quintet emulates their raw, dynamic, riff-driven rock with confidence and vigour.

From the thumping opening chords of title-track 'Video Store' , the theatrical crescendos of 'Rise-up', right through to the anthemic choruses of 'The Wall You Built Yourself' this record has all the catchy hooks and melodic fire-power to satisfy even the most discerning music fan.

With the video for title track 'Video Store' already proving to be a You Tube hit and the dangerously dark 'Forked Fingers' reaching No 1 on nichart.com there seem to be few boundaries these industrious rockers can't break with their unforgettable act!

"...sleazy and deliciously dirty in the best kind of way!" - Bill Johnston, BBC Across The Line

Bio

Thrones of Roll is the result of its two members eclectic tastes forming the basis of this powerful, yet melodic Belfast based band.
With power, punch and fizz Thrones of Roll use their distinctive brand of alternative rock to engage and impress audiences wherever they go.
We have gigged extensively throughout our homeland and we are convinced that we possess the genuine charisma, talent and determination that is vital for success in a volatile marketplace.
We are constantly building our profile and we have reached a level where we require some real outside guidance to bring our music to a wider audience.
We have recently self-financed, produced, marketed and distributed our own 8 track mini-album of original work. We independently organised a hugely successful launch gig and we have enjoyed overwhelmingly positive reviews for both our product and our captivating live performances. We participate in live radio interviews and sessions on the most popular stations in the country and we feature heavily in local press due to our own endeavor. We are fully aware of the importance of exploiting an effective online presence and we work hard to maintain and update this constantly.
As a means to further promote our brand we have produced two music videos for tracks from our 'Video Store' album. These have proved to be invaluable tools in heightening public awareness of Thrones of Roll.

As a group we know we can excel with continued diligence and a business-minded approach. Obtaining some outside expert assistance at this stage would enable us to reach our full potential by affording us more time to develop our music.
