Toy are tight, a great band of musicians and songwriters who know how to put on an outstanding show! See them, hear them, know them! - Chris Parles, former Sony A&R
A large ensemble fills the stage with due sense and appropriate behavior, waiting for the introduction that signals the beginning of each set; and what a sound that greets our ears. The vocals bring the reggae to life with a good soulful voice, the saxophone and percussion highlight a very organic/natural sound. The music speaks volumes and if you weren’t a fan at the beginning you will be by the end of the set. - David Couchman
Toy's rich blend of reggae, dub, and jazz would suit any summer festival. Recently saw them play and they were simply wonderful, a great addition to any lineup. - Cary Caldwell (SXSW / The Great Escape)

Bio
Toy are a dub soul band based in the Midlands, UK. Their sound is a groove-based fusion of acoustic and electronic elements, with influences including The Black Seeds, Fat Freddys Drop, Gorillaz and The Cinematic Orchestra.
Set apart by the strong sense of atmosphere they create and the relaxed understated professionalism of the band, Toy have continued to build their reputation as a great live act over the past year, with festival highlights including Secret Garden Party and Beatherder. Anticipation is growing for their album release later this year.
Toy are proud to be self-produced, creating recordings from their own studio base, and value in-house creativity and management.
Toy can perform as the full 8-piece, the core 5-piece (without brass section) or can strip it down to an acoustic set to fit the occasion.
