"Toy Machene are a children's lullaby assaulted by Lemmy".

Toy Machene is uplifting, energising music. Crystal bright songs of want and loss, assertive vocals, a punk pop, disco, anthem machine:

We are Toy Machene.

Biography

From Edinburgh, since June 2011, 3 boys, lots of live music that rocks your bodies.

Toy Machene was created so that fun music could be played to people. Lyrics of self doubt and paranoia mixed with want, desire and guilt are set against bouncy tunes and big singalong choruses. Sometimes big and brash, sometimes with restrained intensity the songs are always open and spaceous with clarity of melody and shape. Toy Machene achieve a sonic depth and dynamics beyond the usual guitar three piece.

Toy Machene love and adore: The Killers, The Hives, Motorhead, The Velvet Underground, Smashing Pumpkins, Young Knives, The Dark Crystal, Buddy Holly, Chemical Brothers, and the immortal Michael Jackson.

Toy Machene: catch them live and feed them to your friends.
