An ecclectic rockin soul experience! Dynamics expressed through song and vocal style take you From the raging of "Tear it Down" plunging to the sarcasm of "Sleeping with Addiction" to the uplifting "Alive". A pure expression of my life, loves, beliefs and pain... come laugh, cry, dance and sing.

Biography

I was born in a city just outside of Philly, where there were many parks but very little diversity. I knew when I first visited NY, that one day I would live there... And I did.

I moved to NY with my training in recording and piano and my love for sound. My objective, to create my own sound and have a voice in this world.

Growing up, my parents loved to dance and perform with me and my sisters to Motown. This inspired me to try my hand at writing songs in 3rd grade. In junior high, I started playing in my first rock and roll band.

That's when it became a part of me; Rock and Roll... the feeling... We played covers of our favorite artists Stevie Nicks, Bad Company, Queen, Heart, The Beatles of course and a lot of Zeppelin.

With these influences running through my fingers, spirit and throat, I discovered jazz in Boston at The Berklee College of Music... I was changed forever. I developed an understanding that music is universal... the colors and vibrations it captures and creates.

I grew. I faced love as a young woman in the
city, cultivated friendships, felt pain and hardship. I learned about the world by performing and touring with various groups like Guns and Roses throughout the US, Europe and Asia. Then love and opportunity brought me to LA, where I have made my debut album. And with my life savings and all of my heart, soul, tears and convictions, I am bringing it to the world... starting here...

Sleeping with Addiction

Written By: T.Amos, X. Dphrepaulezz

I know, Sleeping with Addiction, I see you
I know, you can’t fight your feelin’, I saw you
I know, Sleeping with Addiction, I see you
I followed you, I followed you

What does she do to you?
That leaves you so cold and empty
Your touch is like a stranger’s
And we don’t talk anymore

I know, Sleeping with Addiction, I see you
I know, you can’t fight your feelin’, I saw you
I know, Sleeping with Addiction, I see you
I followed you, I followed you

Look what she does to me?
We used to be so happy
You know you should beg for forgiveness
But Snow White can have you now
SHE CAN HAVE YOU NOW!

It’s so much better
It’s so much better than before
It’s so much better
It’s so much better letting go…

Who are We Really?

Written By: Xavier Dphrepaulezz

To understand the beauty in the words you must be blind to what you’ve learned
Is it for real?
And silly is the reason for the mask we hide behind I can’t believe
Is it for real?
Hey who are we really/
How do you feel?
Who are we really?
How do you feel!
Hey, Who are we Really?

I rediscovered the beauty found the lo ve I lost inside so long ago
Beautiful dreamer
You’ll understand the beauty in the words to Martin’s song it won’t be long
Beautiful scenery

Hey who are we really/
How do you feel?
Who are we really?
How do you feel!
Hey, Who are we Really?
How do you Feel?

Another day will pass tomorrow
I know you feel it coming down
Captain’s fallin ill again
Let’s search the lonely planet for a cure

Who are we really/
How do you feel?
Who are we really?
How do you feel?
Today you may not know, Today you may not know, Today you may not know
How do you Feel?
Who are we Really? Hey Hey Hey Hey Hey Hey How do you Feel?

Alive

Written By: T.Amos

I used to know who I am
Where I’ve been and just where I’m going
But now it’s hard for me to know anything

I want to feel Alive
Sharing a smile. With each passer by
Oh I want to feel so high
From being Alive

Tears used to only come down from pain or reasons I could explain
But now there’s only rhyme for these wet eyes

I want to feel Alive
Sharing a smile. With each passer by
Oh I want to feel so high
From being Alive

Do do do do ….
Where do I get these childish notions?

I want to feel Alive
Sharing a smile. With each passer by
Oh I want to feel so high
From being Alive

Come with me and I will show you my Story of Love

Prepare to Die

Written By: T.Amos, X. Dphrepaulezz

Why do I have to bleed just so you can see everything I said I feel is real?
Everything you give’s just a payback hand me down but I’m stuck with the bill

Comin up wack in your space suit jack still you’ve got to do the time
Comin up wack how you gonna act when your in the back of the line

Are we just stranded in the womb of evolution casting a shadow in the sky?
Prepare to Die

System of your fear system of your greed system of the down to justify
I don’t need to hear what you’re saying to me baby ‘cause I can feel you lies

What you gonna do when he comes for you cause you’ve got to do the time
Comin up wack how you gonna act when your in the back of the line

Are we just stranded in the womb of evolution casting a shadow in the sky
Prepare to Die

Definition of Love

Written By: T.Amos

Can a major play over minor?
Create a key reminding me of my daddy
Inhibitions to creating understanding
The kind of person pro-expansion
Reality our perception of what it’s ‘spose to be
Everyday I try to break away, ‘cause
I feel the change forcing me to take a look at myself and my

Definition of Love is different So different than your
Definition of Love
It’s shifting over time I’m getting over myself
And I’m turning inside out
Trying to believe in your
Definition of Love

In the mirror I remember you said
My tears were healing you, I didn’t want them to
You look deep in my eyes I have to blink mine
Tryin’ to hide a little piece of me away from you
Sometimes I can’t see things you want me too but
I can’t believe in anyone the way that I believe in you
And your….

Shortline

Written By: T.Amos

Why do you think you can say what you want?
Are you use to your way all the time?
If there’s one thing that’s sure you’ll get back just what you give
You best watch how you do baby take your time

Bet you want a Shortline
You want a good time
You want it all you keep it wide open
I bet you want a Shortline
You like it real tight
You say it all but you ain’t sayin’ nothing
I guess you wanna be excited want a good ride
You want it all you keep it wide open but all that you want is not so hard to find

Use to your lies and disposable ties,
it seems our priorities do not jive
What I need is a man who’s sure of just who he is
And I’m gonna love him so good he gotta be all mine

Nice chi chi’s got back do you like my six pack.
Watching the way I dance Yes you are flashing big cash and you rolled up in the Benz you go to the gym you’re all that but Daddy your all that just ain’t all that too me

Chorus out
