On the verge of releasing his first solo mixtape Traffik is giving back to the Hip Hop community by contributing a well rounded playlist of tracks that genuine Hip Hop fans can appreciate. It gives a variety and true blend of quality music the title says it all "Hurricane Season". Traffik was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Brought up in a stamble middle class household he would begin writing poetry and award winning short story's as a young juvenile. In the 8th grade he started recording music out of his garage after school everyday with a karoke machine his mom brought him from a resale shop . Becoming more experienced with his craft he would soon learn to do it all. Self-driven and independently motivated he decided to take his music to the next level releasing mix-tape after mix-tape through out Jr. High and High School where he would soon meet Houston area producer Aaron Rash and together the two spent countless hours honing the young emcee's talent. As his passion for music grew so did the support of his hometown who showed tons of love. After graduation with ambition and passion to be his on boss Traffik would start and co-own his on record label Urban Music Recordings witch would server as the foundation for a growing empire. Striving to be the best and surpass his competition; he speaks truth and assembles songs with a meaning that even credits can't knock.
