Biography

Born Yulando Bentley Mitchell in the parish of St. Thomas "Trapycal" as he is affectionately called, was always destined for success. Influenced musically by Buju Banton, Sizzla, Beenie Man, Bounty Killer and IOctane, his true mentors, he was even more convinced that an artist of his caliber and presence must be felt thus becoming a strong force to be reckoned with. In early 2006 he started recording for various producers, eager to stamp his authority this filtered over into him entering the Jamaica Popular Song Competition where he became a semi finalist. Since then his main focus has been how to make himself more marketable from a music perspective. Popular artist Stevie Face was approached to do a collaboration, hence the track "Murderer". As his musical journey continues "Trapycal" is busy in the studio putting together his first album, one which will be filled with positive, conscious and uplifting music to heal the world.
