Combining the hard times that reality has to offer with a hardcore bass filled beat and a catchy hook is the claim to fame of the hip-hop genre today. But, recording a nice tale doesn’t cut it anymore. Being a storyteller with no heart and no foundation to the lyrics that you speak can send a message to the listening audience that says as an artist, you are only in it for the fame and fortune, but not to represent those in the struggle of the everyday realities of those seated in the enormous classroom of the school of hard knocks. 
Born J. Thomas a Georgia native, traveling between his mother and his cousins that lives in Atlanta Georgia frequently Trey Dinero grew up in a typical middleclass home stricken with a single parent in the environment of the South. At the age of 10 years old he was introduced to his first real love, rap music. During this time he started writing down the lyrics to the rap songs that he heard on the radio and learning them thoroughly. At the early age of 12 he began experimenting with recording software using a computer and other electronic devices. At this time he also started writing his own music, getting his inspirations from such artist as OutKast, T.I and Jay Z. His first mixtape entitled “Get Money” which was on sale through most online media outlets sold thousands of units. During this time the website myspace was very popular and Trey Dinero’s myspace page received millions of plays and millions of visits. Today he has a heavy social media following in the 20k+ range. Recognizing the success of this ambitious artist their were several offers from independent labels and a handful of offers from major record labels to sign Trey Dinero. He has performed in many venues around the Peach State such as Club Status in Macon Ga, The Dirty Iguana formerly located in Macon Ga, Club Oz, Frozen paradise and island breeze located in savannah Ga as well as Jinx night club in Savannah Ga. Trey Dinero has performed at several venues in Atlanta Ga. Dinero plans to give the music world something to contend with and the audience what it deserves which is versatility and style. Rhyming since elementary school the Georgia native’s faith and motivation is to represent the world as he sees it. Through professional drum panelings and trunk beating bass, he aims to keep it true while keeping the fans on the edges of their seats. Trey Dinero is considered a natural star transcending into on of  the leaders of the new movement of music coming from the South. This new sound is full of excitement and emotion as soon as you hear his smooth, rhythmic voice firing at you.
