Bio
Trista Eaden is a singer and songwriter born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. Her music background began singing in the choir at her family's church. Trista's older siblings exposed her to the music of groups like Kashif, Rick James, Tina Marie, Dynasty, and Klymaxx at a young age. Her formal training began at Phoenix Country Day School where she was an alto in the school choir. Trista continued on to sing in the gospel choir at Pitzer College in Claremont, California where she later graduated. A true 80's baby, her influences draw from pop groups like Wham!, Joe Jackson, Duran Duran, Junior, Hall and Oates, and Chaka Khan. With her down to earth songwriting style, Trista's lyrics are reminiscent of those of Faith Evans, Jill Scott, and Mary J. Blige. In her own words, "Music is life and it is able to capture every moment in the human experience." Trista Eaden is ready to bring her brand of soul to the masses to inspire, uplift, and entertain.
