The band formed in late 2008 and have racked up over a hundred shows since that time with bands like JB Conspiracy, Bad Manners, Catch-it Kebabs and The Beat. Raising the roof in venues all over the country from Cornwall to Yorkshire, London to Lincolnshire, it’s what TrueBeat exists to do.
In 2009 the boys recorded their debut album with producer TimG (famed for his work with the Catch-it Kebabs, Sonic Boom Six and MTV Mash-ups) and released it in August that year to critical acclaim. Kevin Flowerdew, owner of the famous ‘Do The Dog Records’ label said it was “A strong contender for debut album of the year” and rated it his fourth favourite release of the 2009.
So with their fans following diligently behind, TrueBeat continue touring, writing and rocking all over the UK.
