"Conscious Hip Hop Collective Cook Up"

This lot are releasing their debut album on a pair of sunglasses, whatever next? Via dentist, direct to a tooth filling? Just enter the sunglasses code on www.trueingredients.com and download the album in full, apparently. Not a bad idea as it goes, as is the inspiration behind this collective. Their music a veritable menagerie of agrarian hip–hop grooves and dubwise jazzy nuances, True Ingredients are a much needed breath of fresh air in the often stale and staid world of UK hip-hop. With the right combination of ingredients, these lot seem to have the recipe for success.
