Tryk is a recent coincidence. Anna (Iceland) and Tam‡s (Hungary) met in Denmark just a while ago, in a castle far away from everything,
and it turned out that they have some common points of taste in music. After a few months they found themselves tinkering with toy accordions and computers,
along with an old analog synth.
The end product of the duo is something live, sensitive, electronic and acoustic, analog and digital. Melancholic, yet not crestfallen.
All improvised. Their music borns at the very moment.
The band members have different backgrounds in music.
Anna has classical music education, plays many instruments, shepherding the sometimes
slipping Tam‡s who has been a DJ for quite a few years, and put his hands into some of the small community radios in Hungary,
currently studying electonic music.
Hard to describe the genre. Some would call it experimental ambient improvisation. Would you?
