"PURPLE IN SPOKANE EP FROM T.S THE SOLUTION"

Purple In Spokane is the first release under the indie Panoramic Dreams label and although it is short, this project packs a punch. This EP comes from the homie T.S The Solution and his first project in two years.

Set to be a teaser for T.S’s next few projects, the EP is also T.S’s first release since relocating to the Spokane area. Drawing a heavy influence of Seattle Culture, the purple and W on the fitted cap are a clear ode to T.S’s upbringing in the Seattle/Tacoma area.

The 4 track EP is entirely produced by RMR co-owner Mitch ‘M-Pyre’ Pfeifer who connected back in January of 2014 for Sleepwalking, a project I also consider a must listen. - Joseph Brabo

"T.S THE SOLUTION “Purple in Spokane” EP"

Washington rapper T.S The Solution (Devonte Pearson) released his his new EP Purple in Spokane on September 22, 2016. The 4-track EP was produced by Mitch “M-Pyre” Pfeifer, who also co-owns the label Panoramic Dreams, alongside T.S.
Purple in Spokane is the latest “teaser” from T.S as he prepares to release his first album under the Panoramic Dreams Record Label. The 25-year-old artist has relocated to the East side of the Cascades and is ready to bring his music and passion to the hip hop community in Spokane. Purple in Spokane is both literally and figuratively about T.S being a fish out of water in the city’s proud colors (crimson and blue), and throwing himself into a music scene where he has to start over.
“We’ve grown up a lot. Sleepwalking was when T.S and I were going through crazy life transitions and his kids were hella young…it’s a lot darker, and more infused by thoughts of what’s to come, while not satisfied with the now.” M.Pyre says about his collaboration with longtime friend and business partner, T.S The Solution.
The Solution has been active in Seattle hip hop since 2011 when he broke onto the scene as part of Kaotic-Solutions. After going solo in 2012, he partnered with local producer M-Pyre and released his solo EP Green Light Life (2013), which was followed by Sleepwalking in 2014. - Olivia

"T.S The Solution - Sleepwalking"

“Gotta keep movin’/ain’t no stoppin’ this/I’m feeling super, like I’m protecting Metropolis” Washington’s T.S. the Solution shows us why he’s next up (over very solid production courtesy of producer M-Pyre) with Sleepwalking, a dope project that you can definitely ride around and vibe to. Check him out. - Dizz

Bio

T.S “The Solution” started writing music with his older cousin, Calvin, at the age of 12. The Solution dipped his hands into composing beats, recording vocals, and mixing songs for him and his friends. “Nobody wanted to record me,” he said, “so I started doing it myself for myself.” Years passed and T.S. began taking his musical talents more seriously. No matter where he lived, whether Spanaway, WA or Moses Lake, WA, he had a laptop, an interface, and a microphone to record with. He formed a group (Dummy Boyeez) with his best friend (Kaylum “K/OSS” Batis) and his best friends brothers, and they start performing songs that were recorded and edited by T.S.

By 2011, the group had 2 projects (The Exhibition & Unknown Stories) and a number of performances under their belt. Later that same year, T.S and K/OSS broke from the group and became known as Kaotic Solutions. The duo performed at a party in 2011 when they ran into local producer M-Pyre. The Ellensburg native sent beats to the duo, which would make it on the Kaotic Solution mixtape Back In Style.  Not long after, T.S.'s first solo EPGreen Light Life was released with M-Pyre, planting his foot firmly into the Seattle music scene. In 2014, the two combined their talents to create Sleepwalking. With a big helping hand from DJ Dom, the three began to tour for the EP around Washington state. After seeing the success of the tour, the trio began talks of starting their own record label. After meeting a young, hungry college student by the name of Javier Morin (Visual eye), the four men set sights on becoming co-founders of an independent record label, thus Panoramic Dreams was born early 2015.
