D Collins vocals, D has a raspy, melodic voice which has drawn comparisons with a young Tom Waits. A graduate in English literature from Queens University of Belfast. D has been writing songs for 15 years. His scathing, heartfelt lyrics are an important weapon in the turf arsenal.

Caolaidhe Davis, guitar vocals, co-founder of the band along with D, Caolaidhe's high clear voice and energetic guitar playing are an
integral part of the TURFdc sound. A soulful natural songwriter and story teller, Caolaidhe can win over any crowd with his infectious
enthusiasm and innate storytelling ability.

Meghan Jost, violin mandolin, vocals A music graduate of Catholic University in DC, Meghans occasionally searing, sometimes melancholy
always heartfelt violin playing add immeasurably to the band's sound.
Her imaginative solos and level head are invaluable to the group.

Mike Scoglio, bass, hand drums, vocals. The other music school graduate in the band, despite his relatively callow age mike is a seasoned veteran of the dc music scene stepping out with such bands as The Groove. Mike infectious goofy stage persona is backed up by classy, understated bass playing. A real team player, Mike is both engine and engineer of the band.

Gregg Martin, began playing with TURFdc in early 2009 after sound engineering and mastering their album “for Collection”. Gregg has performed with a number of rock, R&B, and jazz big bands.
A tasteful, understated drummer, who has quickly become an integral part of the band with his infectious enthusiasm and musical knowledge, Gregg is also an accomplished composer who has scored for a number of ensembles, choirs, films and stage productions.
