Reed aka The Spokesman Of The City

Reed, AKA The Spokesman of The City is an Artist, Producer, and a songwriter born in Seattle, WA and now residing in TN. Reed has been doing music since 96, in junior high he was performing in school talent shows and neighborhood parties. In 97, Reed took his love for music to the next level when getting a karaoke machine for Christmas, he then started his first venture, Twosided Entertainment with childhood friend Marion Childs AKA Lil Nino. After years of recording in Recreational Centers and in-home studios, Reed stepped it up and recorded his first solo release titled It’s Time (at Toby Studios-Clarksville, TN) the album included production by Greedy of the Element Group. This release introduced Reed to the world of out of the trunk promotions. Ten years later and thousands of CD’s sold, Reed has released other solo project s and compilations featuring artist such as: Bizzy Bone and Pleasure P, as well as several other up and coming/talented artist. In 2007, Reed joined forces with G.Tre and IR Skillz, and released The Revelation, which sold 20K plus units throughout the Southern Regions in just months. After attending IADT for graphic design, Reed opened his own recording and graphic design studio, where he recorded and assisted other inspiring artist in bringing their dreams to reality.
Reed is gearing up to release his third solo project and second mix tape on the Web and in all music distribution stores. His up and coming releases display his growth throughout the years as an artist, engineer, and producer. Reed is the epitome of a successful and determined artist. Through his continued dedication and ear for music he is destined to be one of the greatest new and upcoming artist.
